Tiara Thermal & Spa Hotel - Bursa

The location was excellent - surrounded by delicious local restaurants and a convenient bus stop. The front office staff and bell boys were kind and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a tasty variety and included live omelette cooking. The spa, sauna, indoor thermal pool, and gym were all free.

Absolutely nothing.

- Breakfast is good. - Location is good as everything around you bank, restaurants, market, foods, irons. working distance.

- When we came at nights, they gave us reserved rooms dirty and not ready. We spent hours till gave us the rooms which really very bad service to me. No house keeping at nights. - The rooms services was very low level. - No dedicated thermal room for female or family. It is one pool and mixed. - Jacuzzi at room was not good as bad smell came with water and they said thermal water but I doubt. Also it was not warm water. - The room cleaning was not good.

We appreciated staying at Tiara Thermal & Spa. Hotel's position within walking distance of all our favorite places, like hudavendigar mosque

The breakfast at Tiara Thermal & Spa was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We especially loved the fresh fruits and the omelet station where we could customize our own. The quality and variety of food was great.

We loved the hotel's location near Cekirge square, easy for us to find taxis and get around this city. The hotel facilities were great, and we enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms. the breakfast served at the hotel was lovely, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in Cekirge square was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around. The hotel was also conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed and clean bed sheets. The lobby had a beautiful decoration that added to the overall luxurious atmosphere.

I wish the hotel offered a wider variety of breakfast options. Also, the small sitting area outside the hotel could have been more comfortable.

The hotel's location offers a great view of the city and is away from the hustle and bustle of the center, but still close to it. the rooms are cozy and equipped with basic amenities. Breakfast is decent with various options to choose from. the spa and swimming pool are the highlights of the hotel, offering a serene and relaxing experience.

The service lacks communication and attention to detail, leading to some unpleasant incidents such as unwanted interruptions in the room and poor English skills among staff members.

Every thing is not good

The hotel's location was great, near a few good restaurants and with a nice view. The bed was comfortable, and there was a TV in the room with many channels to choose from. , the hotel offered a really good breakfast selection.

The hotel staff were not very welcoming and the language barrier was a problem, as they did not speak much English. The room was not very clean, with bugs and dirt everywhere.
